Your personal data within the scope of the CV that you send to MOMENTO electronically for the purpose of job application; It is processed for the purpose of executing contract processes, executing communication activities, executing assignment processes, fulfilling obligations arising from employment contracts and legislation, executing application processes to our company, employee candidate/intern/student selection and placement processes. Our data processing activities carried out in this context comply with the provisions of the law and other legislation.

Provided that your personal data within the scope of your CV is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract pursuant to Article 5 of the Law No. 6698, it is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract, data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, It is processed by automatic means, based on legal reasons that it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations, and the data processing is compulsory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data controller.
